What the app does
Fox Insights helps you import Instagram Data Export files, compare follower and following snapshots, review detected changes, export local reports, and optionally use Instagram-connected live tools. Results are inferred from available data and may be incomplete or incorrect.
No affiliation
Fox Insights is an independent app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by Instagram, Meta, Apple, or any other social platform.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for how you use the app and for complying with applicable laws, platform rules, and the terms of any third-party accounts you use. You must only import or scan accounts and data that you are legally allowed to access.
- Do not use the app to harass, stalk, threaten, profile, or harm anyone.
- Do not upload, import, or process data that you do not have the right to use.
- Do not attempt to bypass platform security, rate limits, or access controls.
- Do not rely on detected changes as proof of official Instagram activity.
Instagram-connected features
Some features may require logging in to Instagram through the app. Session cookies are stored locally in the operating system keychain. Instagram-connected features can stop working at any time if Instagram changes its systems or policies. Use these features only with accounts you own or are authorized to use.
Subscriptions and purchases
Fox Insights Pro may offer paid access to premium features through Apple In-App Purchase and RevenueCat. Prices, trial availability, renewal periods, and cancellation terms are shown by Apple before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your Apple account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple policies.
Apple App Store terms
If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store, Apple is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms for purposes of enforcing App Store related terms where applicable.
Data and deletion
Most app data is stored locally on your device. You can delete local snapshots, reports, watched profiles, and story signal data from Settings. Uninstalling the app may also remove local app data, subject to iOS backup and restore behavior.
No warranty
The app is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, exact results, data availability, third-party service compatibility, or suitability for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, loss of profits, account restrictions, or third-party platform actions arising from use of the app. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under mandatory consumer law.
Changes and termination
Features may be changed, suspended, or removed. These Terms may be updated when the app changes or legal requirements change. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable law in the developer’s place of establishment, without limiting any mandatory consumer protection rights available in your country of residence.
